How can I find a writing community?
Despite all three book coaches being confirmed introverts, we all agree that the ability to talk about our work, our craft, and our love of writing is worth putting ourselves out there in the search for community. And there are SO many different ways to find community. Besides plenty of practical suggestions, Stephanie reminds us to have some patience and give things a chance, but also not to be afraid to let something go that’s not working and try again. Terri suggests that we also be willing to invest time AND money. And despite there being tons of different writing groups to join, Kerry still doesn’t love Facebook.
